Activity Rules

1. From time to time, Lovense may hold random draws to offer Customers the opportunity to win free Lovense products or vouchers or other offers. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”) define general rules of the prize draws and offers provided by Lovense to its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Event”).

2. No one under 18 years of age is allowed to participate in the Event, or use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, if such material offends you, or if it is illegal to participate such activity in your jurisdiction, do not continue.

3. Prizes and Offers are available while stocks last. Lovense cannot guarantee that prizes and offers will be available at all times. Products and items awarded in the Event will be awarded “as is” with no special warranty or guarantee, except those offered in the general Warranty of Lovense products.

4. For Customers opting to join the event, we may gather and retain personal information provided for participation in promotional activities, including but not limited to names, email addresses, dates of birth, and phone numbers. The collected information will be used for marketing activities, like announcing winners and awarding prizes or sending marketing communications.

5. We will generally notify the winners of the prize draws or offers. If the winner is not reached through the contact information provided within a predetermined time period (e.g. during the Event), Lovense reserves the right to draw a new winner or offer.

6. By participating in the Event, participants grant Lovense (and its licensees, partners) a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive worldwide license to use their materials (if any), ensuring no infringement on other’s rights.

7. Lovense shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of participating in the Event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Lovense shall not be responsible for problems arising from the Event, including, but not limited to, viruses, technical malfunction, delay of communication, late shipment, failure to receive a prize or inaccurate information. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Event is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Lovense reserves the right to penalize and seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. The material in the Event is protected by copyright, unless otherwise stated and its use is prohibited without the written permission of Lovense.

10. The Rules apply to all participants. By participating, participants agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of Lovense. The final interpretation of any and all Rules about the Event is at the sole discretion of Lovense. Lovense reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time.

11. The general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy of Lovense are applicable to the Event. If you have any suggestions, please contact us at [email protected].
